Youvetsi – Slow Braised Lean Beef

When cooking our traditional Greek Youvetsi, we slow braise lean, grass fed, WA beef for over 8 hours to ensure maximum tenderness before adding our risoni pasta and finely diced root vegetables. This nutritious dish is then topped with parmesan cheese and freshly picked parsley for a delicious and fresh flavour!

Simply heat and serve – this one pot meal is ready to enjoy! Just heat through in a pot, pan or microwave, or add extra cheese and bake in the oven!
