Cooking Intructions: Being wood smoked and free of added water, our streaky bacon crisps to perfection quicker than your average bacon. Simply cut your bacon slab however you like it and place in a hot pan or on the barbeque and let it sizzle to your ideal crispiness.
Storage Instructions: Refrigerate below 5°c. Use within 7 days of opening. Keeps exceptionally well while frozen.
