Our family have been in the charcuterie world forever, known on the Greek Islands for their reputation of naturally preserving meat with salt, time and smoke. Since the beginning, over 100 yrs ago it has always been about bringing people together over honest, simple food.

Today, we hand make every small batch of bacon and sausage in the family’s original, natural way. We’ve left out the modern additives and fillers but we have added amazing new flavours to make your dining experience a culinary spectacle.
