Traditionally, chorizo is made by hand, using all whole, natural ingredients. There should never be fillers, artificial casings and you shouldn’t need a dictionary to decipher the ingredient list – ever.
We do things the original way, ethically raised free range pork and grass fed beef are combined with hand ground spices; each link of our chorizo sausage is then tied by hand before being hot smoked over a natural woodfire to produce our range of 100% real chorizo.
These are the ultimate tapas; great for entertaining, awesome in paella, pasta sauces, pizzas, omelettes and anywhere else you need an infusion of flavour. As they are fully cooked in the wood-smoker all you need to do is slice, heat and serve.
