Cooking Intructions: Being wood smoked and free of added water, our shortcut bacon cooks to perfection quicker than your average bacon. Have your bacon your way – cut your dry cured shortcut bacon slab however you like, then simply place in a hot pan or on the barbeque and let it sizzle to your ideal crispiness.
Storage Instructions: Refrigerate below 5°c. Use within 7 days of opening. Keeps exceptionally well while frozen.
